Our Process

01. Enquiry

This is when you make your first contact with us. We encourage all our clients to reach out through the form above as this helps us quickly get back to you, with accurate information on your enquiry.

02. Consultation

This is when one of the members of our team at the studio reaches out to you to discuss your enquiry and takes you through the entire process of preparing for the shoot, venue and pricing.

03. The Shoot

The most fun-filled part. Our photographer will make you feel at ease, and take you through the entire session in a happy environment. We encourage our clients to avoid inconvenience and a less than great experience because of a disrupted schedule.

04. Delivery

The images are delivered via an online gallery where you will be able to view, share and download the images onto your device. If you order any of our physical products, the studio reaches out o you when your order is ready for collection at the studio.

Tips And Advice

01. Book Early

If you would love to have the pictures to post your little one’s photos on their birthday, we recommend doing the shoot at least 3-5 days before the big day to allow time for editing and delivery of the images in their best form.

02. Book In Time

Best to book days before the shoot so we can secure your preferred date and time slot for the shoot

03. Arrive In Time

Arriving on times helps avoid the rush of catching up with the schedule which can end up negatively impacting your experience with us, also arrive early especially if the package include multiple outfit changes.

04. Bring a "Comfort Kit"

Bring a teddy or that special toy that calms the little one to help them to warm up. For the time of the shoot it is essential to pick a time when the little one is well rested and fed or a after a good nap.

05. Wear A Common Theme

It is best to discuss the theme you have in mind days before the shoot to help guide the look you want. We’ll work with you in putting the pieces of the theme together till we have a complete set up that you will love.

06. Keep outfits comfortable.

If following the theme its best to coordinate the colors of the outfits with the theme. Avoid bright neons or busy patterns. Choose clothes you can comfortably move, sit and play in especially for the kids.

07. Keep the baby awake and happy.

For newborns keep baby awake before the shoot. This way, they are more likely to sleep through the shoot ideal for the perfect poses.For newborns we provide wraps, props and cozy setups.

08. Don't stress about perfection.

Kids are unpredictable, and that’s part of their charm! Embrace the natural moments. Sometimes, the most candid, unposed shots are the most treasured. We’re here to capture genuine emotion and moments, not just perfect smiles.

FAQ

How should we dress for our family session?

The best is to all collectively dress towards a common theme and set of colours. For any of the sessions you book, the studio will advise on the themes we have readily available and what colours go well with those themes.

Whats the best time to have a session with a newborn?

The best time is when the baby is between two to 6 weeks old. We also try to work with the baby’s sleeping cycle to ensure we get those beautiful images of your babies sleeping.

We dont feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

Do not worry about that at all, it’s quite normal. Most of our clients come through saying that, but a few moments into the session, they soon forget about it. We have ways of making you feel comfortable.

How any pictures will we receive?

The number of pictures to be delivered for your session, usually ranges between 15 to 25 images, depending on the type of session you would have booked.
